So the worst thing about me is that I am the most impatient person when it comes to losing weight. I would work out and eat healthy for 3 days straight and if I weigh myself and see that I’ve lost nothing significant I immediately feel defeated. Ugh I need to keep going this time tho. I just wish things went faster! I need to keep myself motivated.
